Stored in Australia. Your data is held in Sydney. Some services we rely on, such as email delivery, text messages and AI, process data overseas; every one of them is listed on our subprocessors page.
Each office walled off. Every office’s data is kept apart by the database itself, not just by the app.
Each audience walled off. Clients and subcontractors see only what’s shared with them; internal notes and pricing never reach them.
Strong sign-in. Passwordless sign-in, two-step sign-in, passkeys, and Microsoft or Google sign-in. You can require two-step sign-in for your whole office.
Payments kept out of reach. Card details go straight to Stripe or PayPal and never touch Flowtiv. Bank-detail changes need you to sign in again, and alert your admins.
Permanent correspondence. Messages can’t be edited or deleted after they’re sent, so the record stands up when it matters.
Every file scanned for malware before anyone can open it.
Encrypted, backed up and tested. Encrypted in transit and at rest, with nightly encrypted backups and a monthly restore test.
AI with guardrails. Orbi works with your permissions only and never sends anything to a client without a person’s approval.
