Flowtiv takes a percentage of the payments your clients make to you, by card, bank transfer or anything else. The percentage gets smaller as your office grows over the financial year.

Questions
What counts as a payment?
Money your clients pay you against a Flowtiv invoice, by any method: card, bank transfer, PayPal or cash recorded by hand. Proposal deposits count too.
Do payments from before I joined count?
No. Only payments made after your start date count, imported history included.
What happens with a refund?
Its fee comes back to you.
Are FlexiLay instalments charged?
No. Payments through FlexiLay instalments carry no Flowtiv fee.
What does the monthly statement look like?
One tax invoice a month showing the fees and the GST in them, added to Xero as a bill.
Is there a setup fee, or a contract?
No setup fee and no contract. Export your data and leave whenever you like.
What if I miss a payment?
We’ll email you and retry over about two weeks. If it still isn’t paid, only owners can sign in until the card’s updated. Your clients’ access isn’t touched.
